Responsibility:
-Conduct key machine/equipment and auto-line introduction and qualification through the application of quality tools.
-Work together with relevant teams and departments to develop introduction and qualification methods, DOE design, IQ&OQ qualification.
-Perform qualification data analysis, document and present results and findings.
-Drive and coordinate with relevant departments to improve the quality findings.
-Release and highlight important issues in quality weekly & monthly reports.
-Execute and evaluate the validation activities for equipment & Data analysis.
Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree or above. Quality, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
-More than 3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
-Strong knowledge on quality concept and quality tools,such as MSA, Cpk, DOE, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc. and 6 Sigma/Minitab is preferable.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team work.
-Good English reading and writing will be a must, oral English will be a prefer.
